REQUIREMENT

Customers who collect all required stamps to complete the postcard will receive 01 complimentary gift.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • START: Customers receive 01 New Year greeting postcard at the Customer Service Counter – L1, South Tower to begin the program and their gift–collecting journey.
  • DISCOVER: Customers collect 05 designated stamps at selected areas assigned by the Organizer to complete the greeting postcard.
  • After collecting all required stamps, customers return to the Customer Service Counter – L1, South Tower to redeem their gift according to the program rules.
  • Gift redemption must be carried out at the Customer Service Counter – L1, South Tower during the program period and within mall operating hours, from 11:00 to 21:30 daily.
    Hanoi Centre does not accept gift redemption through any other method.
  • Customers may choose from the available gifts offered by Hanoi Centre or participating brands within the mall, depending on stock availability at the time of redemption.
    The program may end earlier once gifts are fully redeemed.
  • Each customer (who has followed the official Hanoi Centre Fanpage) is eligible to receive a maximum of 01 gift during the entire program period.
  • Customers must follow the official Fanpage of Hanoi Centre at:

  • Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred under any circumstances.
    Gift quantities are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until stock runs out.
  • Tenants and tenant staff are not eligible to participate in this promotional program.
  • By joining the program, customers agree to provide personal information (including name and phone number), and Hanoi Centre reserves the right to use this information for future promotional activities.
  • Hanoi Centre Management reserves the right to adjust the program rules if necessary.
