SPENDING REQUIREMENT

Spend from VND 1,000,000 at participating F&B / gift tenants.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Customers with spending from VND 1,000,000 at participating F&B / gift tenants during the promotion period will be eligible to redeem 01 gift.
Customers must be registered Rewards+ members and upload the receipt(s) to the Rewards+ application to be eligible for gift redemption.
Each receipt is valid for gift redemption once only and must be redeemed on the same day of purchase. The final payment value of each receipt must be from VND 50,000, excluding gift vouchers and other promotions/discounts. A maximum of 05 receipts from different stores may be combined.
Only valid and complete receipts will be accepted. Handwritten receipts, reprinted receipts, deposit receipts, exchange receipts, top-up receipts, bank transfer receipts, receipts showing signs of erasure, alteration, falsification, unclear information, or receipts outside the valid redemption period will not be accepted.
This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions for new Rewards+ Members or other spending-based member promotions.
Upon gift redemption, customers are required to present their ID card/passport, membership code, receipt(s), and purchased product(s).
Gift redemption is only applicable to the account owner whose personal information matches the registered Rewards+ Member account. Hanoi Centre does not accept redemption on behalf of others.
Customers must redeem gifts at the Customer Service Counters during the promotion period and within mall operating hours. Hanoi Centre does not accept gift redemption through any other methods.
Tenants and tenant employees are not eligible to participate in this promotion, even with valid receipts.
By participating in this promotion, customers agree to provide personal information, including full name and phone number. Hanoi Centre reserves the right to use this information for promotional activities related to upcoming campaigns.
Hanoi Centre Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this promotion when necessary.
