PROGRAM: CAPTURING YOUTHFUL MOMENTS

1. Eligibility

• General Customers (Non-members)
• Rewards+ Members (Rewards+ Member Only)

2. Program Duration

• From 30 April 2026 to 03 May 2026
• Time: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

3. Location

• Main Lobby – Level 1 – North Tower, Hanoi Centre Shopping Mall

4. Spending Requirements

• Non-members:
  Minimum spending of VND 1,500,000 per artwork
• Rewards+ Members:
  Minimum spending of VND 1,000,000 per artwork

5. Gift Redemption Terms & Conditions

For General Customers (Non-members):

• Customers with a valid receipt of VND 1,500,000 or above are entitled to receive 01 artwork during the program period.
• Each receipt is eligible for one (01) redemption only on the same purchase date.
• The final payable amount on the receipt must be at least VND 50,000.
• The program does not apply to:
  • Gift vouchers
  • Other promotional or discount programs
• A maximum of five (05) receipts from different stores may be accumulated for redemption.
• Only valid original receipts are accepted. Handwritten, reprinted, deposit, exchange, stored-value top-up receipts, bank transactions, or receipts that show signs of alteration, forgery, or expiration will not be accepted.
• Upon redemption, customers are required to present a valid ID card/passport, shopping receipt, and purchased products.
• Gifts must be redeemed in person at the Information Counter during the program period and mall operating hours.
• The program is not applicable to tenants and store staff.
• By participating, customers agree to provide personal information (including name and phone number), which Hanoi Centre may use for future marketing purposes.
• Hanoi Centre Management reserves the right to amend the program terms and conditions when necessary.

For Rewards+ Members:

• Customers with a valid receipt of VND 1,000,000 or above are entitled to receive 01 artwork during the program period.
• Customers must:
  • Be a registered Rewards+ member
  • Upload/scan the first receipt via the Rewards+ application
• Each receipt is eligible for one (01) redemption only on the same purchase date.
• The final payable amount on the receipt must be at least VND 50,000, excluding:
  • Gift vouchers
  • Other promotional or discount programs
• A maximum of five (05) receipts from different stores may be accumulated for redemption.
• Only valid original receipts are accepted. Handwritten, reprinted, deposit, exchange, stored-value top-up, interbank transfer receipts, or receipts that show signs of alteration, forgery, or expiration will not be accepted.
• The program cannot be used in conjunction with:
  • Other Rewards+ member promotions
  • Member-exclusive discount campaigns

  • Valid ID card/passport
  • Rewards+ membership code
  • Shopping receipt and purchased products
• Only the account holder with matching personal information is eligible for redemption.
  Hanoi Centre does not accept gift redemption on behalf of another person.
• Gifts must be redeemed in person at the Information Counter during the program period and mall operating hours.
• The program is not applicable to tenants and store staff.
• By participating, customers agree to provide personal information for communication and marketing purposes.
• Hanoi Centre Management reserves the right to amend the program terms and conditions when necessary.
