- Prize Collection Location: Please visit the Information Counters on Level 1 (South Building) or Level B2 to confirm your prize and receive detailed instructions for prize collection.
- To claim your prize, please present:
- Your ID Card/Citizen ID or Passport;
- Your Rewards+ Membership ID.
- Prizes that have been received are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Only the Rewards+ account holder whose personal information matches the account records is eligible to claim the prize. Hanoi Centre does not accept prize collection by proxy or authorized representatives.
- Prizes will be awarded within 20 days from the end date of the campaign.
- Members are responsible for maintaining an active Rewards+ account in order to receive campaign-related notifications.
- Each customer (one Rewards+ account) is eligible to receive a maximum of one (01) prize throughout the campaign period. Prize winners must be unique, and prizes cannot overlap between customers.
