GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

Applicable to customers holding a valid Hanoi Centre Rewards+ membership account.
Members must upload all eligible receipts via the Rewards+ application to participate.
Eligible receipts must be issued during the campaign period and successfully approved by the Rewards+ system.
Receipts from non-participating Rewards+ merchants are not eligible, including but not limited to:
- Crispy Donuts receipts;
- Starbucks top-up transactions;
- Purchases paid using gift vouchers or promotional vouchers.

2. How to Participate

Upload Receipts

Open the Rewards+ App → Select “Earn Points” → Take a photo of an eligible receipt → Click “Submit”.

3. Eligible Receipt Requirements

Eligible receipts must:

Contain all required information stipulated by Rewards+.
Be issued during the campaign period.
Be successfully approved by the Rewards+ system.

The following receipts will not be accepted, including but not limited to:

Handwritten receipts or duplicate receipts.
Deposit receipts.
Product return or exchange receipts.
Top-up transactions or interbank transaction receipts.
Altered, forged, erased, or tampered receipts.
Blurred receipts, incomplete receipts, or receipts submitted beyond the permitted submission period.
Receipts belonging to another customer.
Receipts whose information does not match the registered Rewards+ account information.
Store staff using customer receipts to participate in the programme.

4. Programme Terms

Rewards+ reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time to prevent misuse of the rewards programme.
This promotion cannot be combined with other Rewards+ new member promotions or spending-based reward programmes.
Prize winners must present the following upon prize collection:
- National ID Card or Passport;
- Rewards+ Membership ID;
- Relevant receipts and purchased products (if verification is required).
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Only the Rewards+ account holder whose personal information matches the registered account details is eligible to claim the prize. Prize collection by proxy is not permitted.
Winners will be announced on the Hanoi Centre Fanpage and through the Rewards+ App.
Prizes will be distributed within 20 days after the campaign ends.
Members are responsible for keeping their Rewards+ account active to receive programme notifications.
Each customer (one Rewards+ account) may receive a maximum of one (1) prize during the campaign period. Duplicate prizes across customers are not permitted.
Hanoi Centre tenants and tenant employees are not eligible to participate, even with valid receipts.
By participating, customers agree to provide personal information for verification and prize fulfilment purposes and authorize Hanoi Centre to use their images and information for promotional and marketing activities.
Hanoi Centre Management reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the programme at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Hanoi Centre and/or Rewards+ reserves the final decision on all matters relating to the programme, including but not limited to eligibility, winner determination, prize distribution, prize redemption procedures, and dispute resolution.
