TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

This promotion is open to Hanoi Centre Rewards+ Members only.
Members must upload all eligible receipts to the Rewards+ application to participate in the promotion.
Eligible receipts are receipts generated during the campaign period and successfully uploaded and approved via the Rewards+ application.
Receipts issued by tenants that do not participate in the Rewards+ points program are not eligible, including but not limited to:
- Crispy Donuts receipts;
- Starbucks top-up receipts;
- Payments made using gift vouchers, shopping vouchers, or discount coupons.

Submit Your Receipts

Open the Rewards+ App → Select “Earn Points” → Take a photo of your eligible receipt → Tap “Submit”.

3. Eligible Receipt Requirements

Eligible receipts must:

Contain complete transaction information as required by Rewards+;
Be issued during the promotion period;
Be successfully approved within the Rewards+ system.

The following receipts will not be accepted, including but not limited to:

Handwritten or reprinted receipts;
Deposit receipts;
Product return or exchange receipts;
Top-up transactions or interbank transaction receipts;
Altered, forged, tampered, or suspicious receipts;
Blurred, incomplete, or overdue receipt submissions;
Receipts belonging to another person;
Receipts with information that does not match the member’s Rewards+ account information;
Cases where store employees use customers’ receipts to participate in the promotion.

4. General Terms

Rewards+ reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time to prevent misuse of the program and ensure compliance with the program rules.
This promotion cannot be combined with other Rewards+ promotions for new members or other spending-based reward programs.
To claim a prize, members must present:
- A valid ID card or passport;
- Rewards+ membership information;
- Relevant receipts and purchased products (if requested for verification).
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Only the registered account holder whose personal information matches the Rewards+ membership account is eligible to receive the prize. Proxy claims will not be accepted.
Winners will be announced via the Hanoi Centre Fanpage and the Rewards+ application.
Prizes will be distributed within 20 days after the campaign ends.
Members are responsible for ensuring their Rewards+ accounts remain active and accessible to receive notifications from Hanoi Centre.
Each Rewards+ member is entitled to receive a maximum of one (01) prize throughout the promotion period. In all cases, prizes shall not overlap among winners.
Tenants and employees of tenants operating at Hanoi Centre are not eligible to participate in this promotion, even if they possess valid receipts.
By participating in the promotion, members consent to providing personal information for verification purposes and authorize Hanoi Centre to use their names, images, and related information for promotional and marketing activities.
Hanoi Centre Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Hanoi Centre and/or Rewards+ reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters relating to this promotion, including eligibility, winner selection, prize issuance, prize redemption procedures, and dispute resolution.
