📌 Terms & Conditions
Receipt Requirements
- Shoppers must present 2 valid same-day purchase receipts from Hanoi Centre to redeem 1 class admission.
- Each receipt may be used for redemption once only on the purchase date.
- Receipts must show a minimum final payment value of VND 50,000, excluding gift vouchers and other discounts or promotional offers.
- Handwritten, reprinted, deposit, exchange/refund, top-up, interbank, altered, forged, illegible, or expired receipts will not be accepted.
Redemption Process
- Redemptions are available exclusively at the Information Counter during the campaign period and mall operating hours.
- Participants must present their ID card/passport, valid receipt(s), and purchased product(s) for verification upon redemption.
Exclusions
- Tenants and tenant employees of Hanoi Centre are not eligible to participate, even with valid receipts.
- Rewards+ redemptions are available only to registered Rewards+ members.
- This offer cannot be combined with other promotions applicable to new Rewards+ members.
