Location: Information Counter – L1 South Tower, Hanoi Centre Mall
- Customers with same-day spending of 500,000 VND or more will receive one Hanoi Centre tote bag at random. Maximum one tote bag per customer during the entire promotion period.
- To redeem the gift, customers must ensure they have followed the official Hanoi Centre Fanpage at https://www.facebook.com/hanoicentre.vn.
- All receipts are valid for one-time gift redemption on the same day of purchase. Each receipt must have a final payment value of at least 50,000 VND. A maximum of five receipts from different stores can be combined.
- Handwritten receipts, reprinted receipts, deposits, product exchanges, top-ups, interbank transactions, or receipts with signs of erasure, forgery, unclear information, or expired validity will not be accepted for gift redemption.
- When receiving the gift, customers must present their ID card/passport along with receipts and purchased items.
- Gift redemption is only available at the Information Counter – L1 South Tower during the promotion period and mall operating hours (11:00 AM – 9:30 PM). Hanoi Centre does not accept gift redemption through any other method.
- Tenants and tenant staff are not eligible for this promotion (even with valid receipts).
- By participating in this promotion, customers agree to provide personal information (including name and phone number), and Hanoi Centre reserves the right to use this information for future promotional activities.
- Hanoi Centre Management reserves the right to amend the promotion terms and conditions if necessary.
