REQUIREMENTS
- Rewards+ members will receive 300 Rewards+ points for each bag donated.
- Each member can earn a maximum of 15,000 Rewards+ points per day
(equivalent to 50 bags per day).
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Accepted items include reusable bags (paper, canvas, fabric, jute) with a minimum size of A4, in good condition for continued use (clean, intact, odor-free, etc.).
- Members may bring their bags to the Customer Service Counter to donate and receive corresponding Rewards+ points.
The following items are not accepted:
- Bags taken from the “Please Reuse Me” area at Hanoi Centre.
- Bags that have already been donated under this program.
- This program is not applicable to mall employees or retail tenants.
Each donated bag will be stamped and verified by the Customer Service Counter as confirmation of participation in the program.
