TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR USING THE SMART LOCKER AT HANOI CENTRE
Kindly confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions throughout your use of the Smart Locker System:
- Facial Recognition Authentication: You agree to use your facial image as the sole method of identification to access and operate the locker.
- Service Fees: Usage fees are calculated based on the size and quantity of lockers according to the registered rental package. If usage exceeds the allotted time, additional fees will apply accordingly.
- Usage Duration and Additional Charges
- Locker usage ends at 22:00 daily.
- Overdue storage fees are as follows:
- Small locker: 30,000 VND/hour/locker
- Medium locker: 60,000 VND/hour/locker
- Large locker: 90,000 VND/hour/locker
- From 22:31 to 09:29 the following day, overnight storage fees apply:
- Small locker: 200,000 VND/night/locker
- Medium locker: 250,000 VND/ night/locker
- Large locker: 350,000 VND/ night/locker
- From 09:30 the following day, overdue storage fees continue as above.
- Lockers can be used for a maximum of 2 nights from the time the service begins, based on the Mall’s operating hours. If payment and item retrieval are not completed by 09:00 on the third day, the Mall Management Board will unlock the locker, retrieve the items, and apply storage fees as per regulations.
- Prohibited Items: It is strictly forbidden to store illegal substances, weapons, explosives, hazardous chemicals, drugs or any dangerous items that violate Vietnamese law or the mall’s regulations.
- Items Not Permitted for Storage: Do not store pets, perishable food, items with strong odors or leakage risks, cash, or high-value assets (e.g., gold, jewelry, etc.).
- Prohibited Conduct: Any act of vandalism, subleasing, unauthorized access to another user’s locker, or use of the locker for unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Compensation Policy: In the event of loss or damage to items stored in compliance with the regulations, the service provider will inspect and offer compensation (if applicable), up to five times the rental package value, but not exceeding 1,000,000 VND per case.
- Security Surveillance: Users acknowledge that the locker area is under continuous surveillance via CCTV cameras.
