PROGRAM 1: PACK2SCHOOL – SHOP, COLLECT POINTS, REDEEM AWESOME REWARDS

1. Eligibility

• All customers shopping at Hanoi Centre.
• Rewards+ members.

2. Promotion Period

From 1 August 2026 to 5 September 2026, or until all gifts have been redeemed, whichever comes first.

3. Gift Redemption Locations

• Information Counter, Level L1, South Building; or
• Information Counter, Basement 2 (B2), Hanoi Centre.

4. Participation Requirements

Customers are eligible to redeem a gift through either of the following methods:

Option 1: Receipt Redemption

• Present receipts with a combined spending value of VND 1,000,000 or above; and
• Include at least one (01) receipt from participating Back-to-School campaign stores.

Option 2: Rewards+ Point Redemption

• Rewards+ members may redeem 10,000 points via the Rewards+ or IKONIC application to receive a gift.

Terms & Conditions

1. Receipt Requirements

• Each set of receipts may only be used to redeem one (01) gift on the same purchase date.
• Eligible receipts must have a final transaction value of VND 50,000 or above.
• Customers may combine up to five (05) receipts to qualify.
• Receipts may only be used once and cannot be reused for additional redemptions.

2. Redemption Limit

• Limited to one (01) gift per customer throughout the promotion period.

3. Invalid Receipts

The following will not be accepted:

• Handwritten receipts;
• Reprinted receipts;
• Deposit slips;
• Exchange or return transactions;
• Top-up transactions;
• Interbank payment receipts;
• Altered, forged, or tampered receipts;
• Receipts with unclear or incomplete information;
• Receipts outside the eligible promotion period.

4. Gift Redemption Procedure

Customers must present:

• A valid Citizen Identification Card (ID) or Passport;
• Eligible receipt(s);
• Purchased product(s) corresponding to the receipt(s).

5. Redemption Time and Venue

• Gifts may only be redeemed at the Information Counter on Level L1 (South Building) or B2 during Hanoi Centre’s operating hours.
• Hanoi Centre will not process any redemption requests outside operating hours.

6. Gift Policy

• Customers may choose gifts provided by Hanoi Centre or participating brands, subject to gift availability at the time of redemption.
• Gifts are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gifts are available in limited quantities and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The promotion may end earlier than scheduled once all gifts have been redeemed.

3. Registration Locations

4. Participation Requirements

Customers may participate through either of the following methods:

Option 1: Receipt Redemption

• Present receipts with a combined spending value of VND 1,000,000 or above; and

Customers may participate through either of the following methods:

• Present two (02) eligible receipts from participating Back-to-School campaign stores.

• Rewards+ members may redeem 15,000 R+ points via the Rewards+ or IKONIC application to receive a workshop admission ticket.
