GIFT REDEMPTION MECHANICS

Gift 1: MERLI PLUSH TOY

Customers are entitled to receive 01 Merli Plush Toy upon meeting one of the following conditions:

Condition 1

Spend a minimum of VND 1,000,000 at the Singapore Fair (applicable from 03 October – 15 October).

Condition 2

Be an iKONIC Member and spend a minimum of VND 1,000,000 at Hanoi Centre.

Condition 3

Be an iKONIC Member and redeem 20,000 points via the iKONIC App.

Gift 2: PERANAKAN COASTER SET

Customers are entitled to receive 01 Peranakan Coaster Set upon meeting one of the following conditions:

Condition 1

Spend a minimum of VND 2,000,000 at Hanoi Centre.

Condition 2

Be an iKONIC Member and spend a minimum of VND 1,500,000 at Hanoi Centre.

Condition 3

Be an iKONIC Member and redeem 25,000 points via the iKONIC App.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Customers participating in the gift redemption program must be valid iKONIC Members and satisfy the redemption requirements specified by the promotion.
2. Each receipt is eligible for one (1) redemption only on the transaction date.
3. Eligible receipts must have a final purchase value of VND 50,000 or above, excluding:
   • Gift vouchers;
   • Other discount or promotional offers;
   • Transactions deemed ineligible under the promotion rules.
4. Customers may combine up to five (5) valid receipts from participating stores to meet the required spending threshold.
5. Only original and valid receipts will be accepted. The following receipts will not be eligible:
   • Handwritten receipts;
   • Reprinted receipts;
   • Deposit receipts;
   • Product return or exchange receipts;
   • Top-up or banking transaction receipts;
   • Receipts showing signs of alteration, tampering, or forgery;
   • Illegible receipts or receipts with incomplete information;
   • Receipts issued outside the promotional period.
6. This promotion cannot be combined with any other iKONIC new member promotions (if applicable).
7. To redeem gifts, customers must present:
   • National ID Card/Passport;
   • iKONIC Membership ID;
   • Valid receipt(s);
   • Purchased product(s) for verification if requested.
8. Only the registered owner of an iKONIC account whose personal details match the membership records may participate in the redemption. Hanoi Centre will not accept gift redemptions by proxy or any transfer of benefits.
9. Gift redemption must be made at the Information Counter during the promotion period and within Hanoi Centre’s operating hours. Redemption through any other method will not be accepted.
10. Each customer is entitled to receive gifts only in accordance with the quantity and conditions stipulated in the promotion, subject to gift availability at the time of redemption.
11. Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. The promotion may end earlier than scheduled if all gifts have been fully redeemed.
13. Employees of Hanoi Centre, tenants, and any parties directly involved in organizing the promotion are not eligible to participate.
14. By participating in the promotion, customers agree to provide the necessary information (including but not limited to their full name and phone number). Hanoi Centre reserves the right to use such information for communication, customer care, and future promotional activities in accordance with applicable regulations.
15. Hanoi Centre Management reserves the right to verify the validity of receipts, membership accounts, and participation eligibility before gift distribution.
16. Hanoi Centre Management reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion and its related terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All decisions made by Hanoi Centre Management shall be final and binding in all circumstances.
