- Rewards+ members may redeem 999 points for 01 participation ticket.
- Customers who spend VND 1,000,000 or more in a single day are eligible to redeem 01 participation ticket.
- Maximum of 01 ticket per Rewards+ member throughout the entire promotion period.
- Customers must be Rewards+ members to be eligible for ticket redemption.
- Each receipt is valid for one-time redemption only on the purchase date. The minimum net value per receipt must be VND 50,000. A maximum of 05 receipts from different stores may be combined per redemption.
- The following receipts are not accepted: handwritten, reprinted, deposit receipts, product exchange receipts, top-up transactions, interbank transactions, receipts showing signs of alteration or forgery, unclear information, or expired receipts.
- Upon gift collection, customers must present their ID card/passport, along with the receipt and purchased item(s).
- Redemptions must be made in person at Level 2, South Building, during mall operating hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM
- Friday to Sunday: 9:30 AM – 10:00 PM
Hanoi Centre does not accept redemption requests via other methods.
- Tenants and their staff are not eligible to participate in this promotion, even with valid receipts.
- By participating, customers agree to provide their personal information (including name and phone number), and Hanoi Centre reserves the right to use such information for promotional purposes.
- Hanoi Centre Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the promotion if necessary.
