PROGRAMME 1: SHOP & RECEIVE A BEAUTIFUL GIFT

Eligibility

Open to all customers.
Promotion period: 14 October – 20 October (or while stocks last).
Redemption venue: Information Counter, Level 1 South Zone or Basement 2, Hanoi Centre.

GIFT REDEMPTION REQUIREMENTS

Gift 1: The Body Shop Dewberry Hand Cream 30ml

Customers are entitled to one (01) The Body Shop Dewberry Hand Cream 30ml upon achieving a minimum accumulated spend of VND 2,000,000 at Hanoi Centre during the promotion period.

Gift 2: The Body Shop Dewberry Shower Gel 250ml

Customers are entitled to one (01) The Body Shop Dewberry Shower Gel 250ml upon achieving a minimum accumulated spend of VND 3,000,000 at Hanoi Centre during the promotion period.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Each eligible receipt may be used for gift redemption once only on the transaction date.
Valid receipts must show a final net transaction value of at least VND 50,000, excluding:
- Gift vouchers;
- Other discounts or promotional offers;
- Payments deemed ineligible under the programme rules.
Customers may combine up to five (5) valid receipts from participating stores to meet the required spending threshold.
Only original and valid receipts will be accepted. The following receipts are not eligible:
- Handwritten receipts;
- Reprinted receipts;
- Deposit receipts;
- Product return or exchange receipts;
- Top-up receipts or banking transaction slips;
- Receipts showing signs of alteration, modification, or forgery;
- Illegible receipts or receipts with incomplete information;
- Receipts submitted beyond the programme’s validity period.
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers available to new iKONIC members (if any).
To redeem gifts, customers must present:
- National ID card/Passport;
- Valid receipt(s);
- Purchased item(s), if requested for verification.
Gift redemption must be completed at the Information Counter during the promotion period and within mall operating hours. Hanoi Centre will not accept gift redemption through any other channel.
Each customer may only receive gifts according to the quantity and eligibility conditions specified, subject to gift availability at the time of redemption.
Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The programme may end earlier than stated once all gifts have been fully redeemed.
Employees of Hanoi Centre, tenants, and parties involved in the organisation of this programme are not eligible to participate.
By participating, customers consent to providing the necessary personal information (including but not limited to name and contact number). Hanoi Centre reserves the right to use such information for marketing, customer care, and future promotional purposes in accordance with applicable regulations.
Hanoi Centre Management reserves the right to verify the validity of receipts, membership accounts, and participation eligibility prior to gift redemption.
Hanoi Centre Management reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the programme and its related terms and conditions without prior notice. All decisions made by Hanoi Centre Management shall be final.

PROGRAMME 2: PILATES WORKSHOP

Participation Requirements

General Customers

Customers who have pre-registered and have a total spend of at least 1,000,000 VND on October 18th will receive one entry to the “Pilates on the Porch” workshop (morning or afternoon session).

The programme is applicable to customers who fulfil any of the participation requirements stated above.
Each eligible customer is entitled to one (01) workshop pass throughout the promotion period.
Each receipt may only be used once for programme participation on the transaction date.

Workshop pass redemption must be completed at the Information Counter during the promotion period and within mall operating hours. Hanoi Centre will not accept pass redemption or participation confirmation through any other channel.
Workshop seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-qualified, first-served basis until full capacity is reached.
Employees of Hanoi Centre, tenants, and parties involved in the organisation of the programme are not eligible to participate.
By participating, customers consent to providing the necessary personal information (including but not limited to name and contact number). Hanoi Centre reserves the right to use such information for marketing, customer care, and future promotional purposes in accordance with applicable regulations.

Important Note

Each pass is valid for one (1) workshop session only, according to the time slot assigned by the Organiser. Participants are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before the session starts to complete the check-in process. All workshop materials and equipment will be provided by the Organiser, subject to valid registration and availability.
