HANOI CENTRE TOTE BAG GIVEAWAY PROGRAM

Duration: From January 1, 2026, until January 16, 2026 (or while gifts last)
Location: Information Counter – L1 South Tower, Hanoi Centre Shopping Mall

• Customers with same-day spending of VND 500,000 or more will receive 01 Hanoi Centre Tote Bag.
• Maximum 01 gift per customer during the entire program period.
• Customers must follow the official Hanoi Centre Fanpage: https://www.facebook.com/hanoicentre.vn.

Invoice Regulations:

• Each invoice is valid for gift redemption once on the same day of purchase.
• Minimum payment amount per invoice: VND 50,000.
• Up to 05 invoices from different stores can be combined.
• Handwritten invoices, reprinted invoices, deposit slips, product exchanges, top-up receipts, interbank transactions, or invoices showing signs of erasure, forgery, unclear information, or expired validity will not be accepted.

Gift Redemption:

• Customers must present ID card/passport, invoices, and purchased products.
• Redemption at the Information Counter – L1 South Tower during the program period and mall operating hours (11:00 AM – 9:30 PM).
• Hanoi Centre does not accept gift redemption through other methods.

Notes:

• Tenants and tenant staff are not eligible to participate (even with valid invoices).
• By joining the program, customers agree to provide personal information (name, phone number), which Hanoi Centre may use for upcoming promotional activities.
• Hanoi Centre Management reserves the right to amend program regulations if necessary.
